KaalChakra Jyotish provides AI-generated Vedic astrology guidance based on your birth details (date, time, and place of birth). Our service includes a personalised Vedic birth chart (kundli), answers to your astrology-related questions, daily horoscope (rashifal), Kundli Milan (compatibility matching) for marriage purposes, and family member kundli generation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. If you are seeking guidance for a minor, please do so as their parent or guardian.
3. Nature of Guidance
Our service provides astrological guidance for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not:
- Medical advice — please consult a qualified doctor for health concerns
- Legal advice — please consult a qualified lawyer for legal matters
- Financial or investment advice — please consult a certified financial advisor
- A substitute for professional counselling — if you are in crisis or distress, please reach out to a mental health professional or a helpline
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, and final decisions in your life are always your own responsibility.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Your first 3 questions are free.
- Continued access to unlimited questions and daily rashifal requires a subscription of ₹99 for 30 days.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew via Razorpay unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Kundli Milan (compatibility matching) is available for ₹199 per match, one-time.
- Additional family member kundlis beyond what's included in your subscription are available for ₹99 each.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of your current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use this service to impersonate another person, submit false or misleading birth information intentionally to abuse the free-question limit, or harass, threaten, or abuse our team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
7. Data & Privacy
Your birth details and conversation history are stored to provide our service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data, including how to request deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manthan (KaalChakra Jyotish) is not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes experienced, based on guidance provided through this service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
