What we collect
When you use the KaalChakra Jyotish WhatsApp service, we collect: your WhatsApp phone number, the name you provide, your birth details (date, time, place) that you share for astrological chart calculation, and the messages you exchange with the service. If you use the Kundli Milan (compatibility matching) feature, we also collect the birth details of the person you are matching with, which you provide voluntarily on their behalf.
How we use it
Your birth details are used solely to compute your Vedic astrological chart and generate personalised guidance. Your questions are processed with the help of an AI language model to produce responses. If you send a photo or PDF of a kundli, it is processed to extract birth details and is not stored as an image after processing. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
AI disclosure
KaalChakra Jyotish responses are generated by artificial intelligence based on traditional Vedic astrology calculations. They are guidance, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Final decisions always rest with you.
Data retention & deletion
Your profile and conversation history are stored securely to provide continuity of service. To delete your data, send the message "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp or email us, and we will remove it within 30 days. An anonymised record of payments and free-trial usage (containing no name, birth details, or messages) is retained after deletion for billing integrity and fraud prevention.
